Refund & Return Policy

At Gearhead Design LLC, all of our products are custom-made on demand, which means each item is unique and produced only after an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

  1. Use the “Submit Issue” form on our website or email us directly.
  2. Include a clear photo showing the issue.
  • There is no need to return the damaged product.
  • If multiple items are affected and use the same design, we may request a single photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame.

We will review your submission and provide either a replacement or a refund.

Limitations

  • We cannot provide refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes, colors, or products ordered in error.
  • Minor variations in print placement are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
